What is Sensuality?

Sensuality is when you feel with your senses of smell, touch, taste, sound and sight. It's what you feel, hear, see, taste and smell. Sensuality is special. Some examples of feeling sensuous is when you take the time to enjoy:

  • Hearing music or the quiet sound of nature at night.
  • Seeing lovely colors.
  • Feeling soft sand when you walk on the beach or the feel of the water during a bath.
  • Smelling the fresh air in spring, or on a snowy day.
  • Sipping your favorite warm tea, or enjoying a favorite food.

What else is sensuous?

Anyone can experience sensuality as special, intimate and safe….

Keeping connected in order to grow
